    Guidelines for Activity Center:  

    • Each person must fill out this form to participate in Open Play or League Play.
    • Children 15 years and younger must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
    • Different sports will cater to different ages.
    • Gym shoes must be worn when playing on the court, street shoes are not permitted.
    • Concessions will be available during Open Play and League Play.
    • No outside food or drink will be allowed on the premises. 
    • Only closed-lid drink containers will be allowed in the gym. Feel free to enjoy your concessions in the Main Lobby. 
    Sport Cost Schedule
    Open Play $2 per person per visit Sundays 2 PM - 5 PM
    Co-Ed Softball League $65 per person June 1st - July 27th
    Co-ed Pickleball  $30 per person May 4th-July 27th
         
  • If you are signing up for leagues select "I need to sign up for leagues!" If you only want to attend Open Play select "I just need the waiver for Open Play!"

    If you plan on doing both you just need to sign up for leagues! The waiver is the same for both Open Play and League Play! You are automatically registered for Open Play when you sign up for leagues. 

  • For RAPID CHECK-IN use your Player ID! Your "player ID" is the last four of your cellphone and your four-digit birth year. You can only use a player ID if you have registered for a league in the past or have a valid waiver on file.

  • Overview: 

    • Season starts January 12th and Ends March 9th 
    • Games will be played on Sundays between 5:30 PM - 9 PM
    • We will be playing in the Activity Center at the South Campus
    • League cost is $25 per person
    • Men & Women 14 years and older with co-ed rules
    • All coaches must be a member of The Assembly

  • Overview: 

    • Season starts September 8th and ends October 20th
    • Games will be played on Sundays between 3pm-6pm
    • We will be playing at the South Campus
    • League cost is $50 per person
    • Men & Women 16 years and older are welcome to play
    • All coaches must be a member of The Assembly
  • Double's Pickleball League

  • Overview:

    • Season starts May 4th - July 27th
    • There will be bye weeks throughout the Summer
    • Games will be played on Sundays between 5pm-8pm
    • We will be playing in the Activity Center at the South Campus
    • League cost is $30 per person
    • Men & Women 14 years and older are welcome to play

    **To ensure fair play, be sure to check out DUPR to start keeping track of your progress. This will help ensure we have matched the correct players with the same skill level!  

  • Overview:

    • Tournament is March 23rd, March 30th, and April 13th
    • Games will be played on Sundays between 4:30 pm-6:30 pm
    • We will be playing at South Campus
    • The tournament is $10 per person
    • Men & Women 14 years and older with co-ed rules
    • All coaches must be a member of The Assembly

    • We will be playing at South Campus
    • Hot Chocolate provided should weather conditions meet the requirements!

    • We will be playing at Summit Park
    • League cost is $65 per person
    • Men & Women 16 years and older with men's rules
    • All coaches must be a member of The Assembly

  • Participation Agreement

  • I, {parentguardian} {name18}, acknowledge that participation in the activity described above involves risk to the participant (and to the participant’s parents or guardians, if the participant is a minor), and may result in various types of injury including, but not limited to, the following: sickness, exposure to infectious/communicable disease, bodily injury, death, emotional injury, personal injury, property damage, and financial damage.

    In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the following activities:{basketball} {volleyball} {pickleball} {softball} {flagFootball188} {kickball} described above (the “activity”), the participant (or parent/guardian if the participant is a minor) acknowledges and accepts the risks of injury associated with participation in and transportation to and from the activity. The participant (or parent/guardian) accepts personal financial responsibility for any injury or other loss sustained during the activity or during transportation to and from the activity, as well as for any medical treatment rendered to the participant that is authorized by the sponsor or its agents, employees, volunteers, or any other representatives (collectively referred to as the “activity sponsor”). Further, the participant (or parent/guardian) releases and promises to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the activity sponsor for any injury arising directly or indirectly out of the described activity or transportation to and from the activity, whether such injury arises out of the negligence of the activity sponsor, the participant, or otherwise. The participant (or parent/guardian) and the activity sponsor agree that any dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages shall be litigated in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. If a dispute over this agreement or any claim for damages arises, the participant (or parent/guardian) agrees to resolve the matter through mediation. If the participant (or parent/guardian) and the activity sponsor cannot resolve the claim through mediation, the dispute will be submitted to a three-member arbitration panel for resolution in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
