  • Summit Christian Academy offers families the opportunity to purchase and finance a school-ready student laptop. By completing this form, you are authorizing Summit to purchase a certified refurbished Dell Pro 14 laptop for $850 on your behalf. Billing will be completed through your FACTS account in a single payment or ten equal, interest-free payments tied to your tuition billing. You must complete all payments before the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

    • Summit-managed antivirus and security software
    • Student license for Microsoft Office 365
    • Required classroom-management and internet-filtering software
    • Loaner laptop when a qualifying repair requires the device to be out of service for an extended period

    Restrictions and expectations:

    • Summit will support standard hardware and software issues for devices purchased through this program while the student remains enrolled at Summit Christian Academy.
    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications may not be covered.
    • Dell warranty and ProSupport coverage are subject to Dell's service terms and repair eligibility requirements.
    • Devices will be configured to prevent unnecessary or unauthorized software installations by students.
    • Parents may request administrative access to the device through the Summit IT department.
    • The device must remain configured with Summit-required security, antivirus, filtering, and classroom-management software while it is used for school.
    • Certified refurbished devices may show minor cosmetic signs of prior handling or use.
    • Final device availability and specifications are subject to Dell inventory at the time the order is placed.
    • This program is open to Summit students entering the 7th through 12th grades.
    • The order deadline is Only 30 devices are available, and orders will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
    • Devices are expected to be delivered to students at school.

    Parental Choice Tax Credit: The laptop package will be billed directly through Summit Christian Academy as a technology fee. Families should consult the Oklahoma Tax Commission or their tax professional regarding eligibility under the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit program.

  • I acknowledge that Summit's IT department will handle maintenance and servicing of this device for 24 months (equivalent to two school years) while my child is enrolled at SCA. The warranty service covers device malfunctions and software issues. A $150 deductible will be charged for cracked screen repairs not covered by the 3-year Dell warranty. Please note that Summit will not repair a third cracked screen, and any damages resulting from misuse or mistreatment of the device will not be the responsibility of Summit.*

By agreeing, you acknowledge that Summit Christian Academy will not be held liable for any activities conducted on this device, including visiting websites, using hacking software, or engaging in unauthorized activities. Parents are responsible for managing internet access outside of school hours.*
